I've had the privilege and pleasure of leading and managing multi-disciplinary teams in the Public Sector for more than 30 years. My teams have been finalists in three national competitions, I secured more staff bonuses between 2013 and 2015 than any other Department Head in my organisation, and my nomination of Veterans Growth was selected as a finalist in the 2021 Soldiering On Awards. I care passionately and deeply about enabling discerning business clients and individual learners to achieve their growth potential.

As a consultant, I've led numerous multi-million pound projects, including the establishment of healthcare centres in both Lichfield and Birmingham, and facilitated the delivery of equitable, safe, and cost-effective healthcare to more than 32,000 Reserves and cadets in the North of England, Scotland and Northern Ireland. I've chaired strategic risk assessment panels, staff renumeration and promotion boards, and organised hundreds of events at local, national and international level.

As a Level 7 coach and mentor, I've helped develop hundreds of people, many of whom have become lifelong friends, as evidenced by my Facebook connections. People matter greatly to me, particularly those with a desire to improve, a willingness to be constructively challenged, and those sharing my values of respect for others, integrity, humility, authentic leadership, and sense of humour. I'm less good working with egotistic, arrogant, disrespectful, or humourless learners.

I routinely question the Status Quo, speak truth to power, and aspire for continuous improvement in all I do. My feedback is honest, objective, free of bias, and constructively delivered.

As an adopted, former private infantry soldier, and now disabled York micro business owner, I have lost none of my zest for life. My Masters education, professional qualifications, international accreditation, years' of experience, and positive testomonies, make me ideally placed to support others.
