Frequently asked questions

How is the hub funded?

The hub and support we offer are funded by our founder Sam Agnew and paid profile listings.

What does it mean to be values-driven?

Values-driven people want to use their life experiences and qualities to make a difference to others.

Values-driven organisations often share a set of values – empathy, compassion, ethics, collaboration and humility to name a few.

They have a sense of purpose; they care about how their actions affect people and the planet and they want to work with others who share their ethos

Actions of a values-driven organisation are not fuelled by the leadership team's values but by a common set of values and purpose that unites the whole organisation.

How much does a profile listing cost?

Smaller organisations can create a profile from just £60 per year. A raised profile for an organisation with more than 5 employees is £300 per year.

How do you ensure the organisations featured are values-driven?

We use a combination of Maslow's Hierarchy of needs and The Barret Model to see where the organisation's values sit in the stages of development.

We then look at the organisation's actions and behaviours to check that they reflect its values.

We are all human and doing the best we can, but if we felt at any point an organisation was intentionally harming people or the planet we would address it.
