Frequently asked questions
What does it mean to be values-driven?
Values-driven people want to use their life experiences and qualities to make a difference to others.
Values-driven organisations often share a set of values – empathy, compassion, ethics, collaboration and humility to name a few.
They have a sense of purpose; they care about how their actions affect people and the planet and they want to work with others who share their ethos
The actions of a values-driven organisation are not fuelled by the leadership team's values but by a common set of values and purpose that unites the whole organisation.
