What we do
We match people experiencing homelessness into stable real living wage jobs in responsible businesses.
How it works
We understand the needs of your business and provide you with the right motivated and talented individual. We employ people on behalf of the employer partner for 3 months. The employer partner contributes to the living wage salary for this period before taking on the employment from month 4.
A safe home too
To be able to move off the street, it’s not just about the job. A person needs a safe home to come home to at the end of the day. Standing tall’s amici accommodation service is providing a safe home and a listening ear as the individual transitions away from the street.
