I have experience in communicating major business changes such as mergers and acquisitions, IT / digital transformations, service changes, restructures and relocations.
I can also help on smaller projects, such as writing crisis communications preparedness plans and compiling reports.
Before setting up my own business in 2015, I worked for large multinationals in communications/marketing leadership roles.
Over the years I've worked on all sorts of business change projects - relocations, restructures, mergers, IT / digital transformations, service changes and more. I'm used to going into businesses, getting stuck in and delivering quickly.
I hold the Prince2 Project Management Certificate and the Advanced Certificate from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM).
